• ACMA seeks proposals advancing critical mineral exploration, recovery technologies, and analytical capacity in Alaska, using a "lily pad" approach — proof-of-concept → pilot → early adoption.
• Review is two-stage: a technical review and a commercialization/deployment readiness review, both against standardized criteria assessing commercialization readiness and deployment potential.
• Awards are milestone-based, with performance review checkpoints and go/no-go decision points. Awardees must execute a funding agreement, submit an initial workplan with milestones, and accept quarterly reporting obligations.
